This Advocacy includes advice on which Rental Option to choose for your property.
At this rage our Advocacy does not include Legal Advice as this needs to be obtained from Legal Firms that have specialist knowledge of the Property Markets and Laws .

These choices have been made more challenging in recent times because of the
proposed changes to Property legislation and Regulations at a Council, State and Federal level.

It is possible that these Regulatory changes could have an affect on the profitability of your commercial interests.

Why do Short Term Rental Property owners need Advocacy Services?

The Short Term Rental Industry is currently being unfairly stigmatized in the Media as the cause of the Rental Crisis. This has resulted in Airbnb owners being portrayed as Greedy, Selfish, and Exploitative, Investment Property owners who are uncaring about the plight of those looking for a Long Term Rental  Rental Property.

A favorite tactic used by the Media is to conduct an adversarial debate between an Airbnb owner and someone who is struggling to find a Rental Property. The Convenor of this Staged Pseudo-Debate then asks Questions which are loaded to make the Airbnb owner look bad and uncaring, and subsequently make the Long Term Renter look like the Victim.

Why are STR Owners being characterized Negatively?

The characterization of Short Term Rental Owners as being the cause of the Rental Crisis in Western Nations is coming from a Political Agenda designed to create an Anti-Airbnb Hysteria, whereby emotion rules the discussion and overrides logical deduction and statistical data.

Recent examples of this are the Anti-Airbnb Hysteria Campaigns in Philadelphia, Detroit, San Francisco, and Dallas in the USA and London in the UK, and  Victoria in Australia, and Auckland in New Zealand.
